Turn-In Window is a cook-team planning tool used at barbecue contests. This page explains, in plain terms, exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
The app stores the following information locally, inside the app's own storage area on your iPhone or iPad:
None of this leaves your device. There is no server that Turn-In Window talks to, and no third party ever receives it.

If you turn on alerts, Turn-In Window schedules local notifications on your own device — for example, a reminder before the brisket goes on the pit, or when a turn-in window opens. These reminders are generated and delivered entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to, or through, any external service.
Turn-In Window includes no third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking libraries of any kind. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is ever collected in the first place.
Turn-In Window is a planning tool for barbecue contest cook teams and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data at all, there is no personal information of any user — child or adult — held anywhere outside the device.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored. You can also clear all contest data at any time from Season → Settings → Erase everything, without needing to contact anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date above.
